The AirDog FP-4G is AirDog's original fuel air separation system built on the 4G motor. It pulls air, vapor, water and dirt out of the fuel before it gets to your injection pump and sends clean fuel up front at an adjustable pressure. Fuel the engine doesn't use is recirculated back through the filter base.
The 4G motor keeps circulating fuel away from the electric motor and uses a self aligning, low amperage design with a gerotor pump. The result is a quiet pump that is built to last. The pressure regulator is adjustable.
The 150 GPH version is aimed at moderately modified trucks where the fuel demand has gone up past what the factory setup was built for.
How it installs on this truck
- Frame-rail mount with the supplied sandwich plate bracket
- 1/2" draw straw pickup in the tank
- Air/vapor return goes back to the tank through a filler neck tee

Install is designed to be done with basic hand tools and the occasional drill. Quick connect fittings make the plumbing simple.
Replacement filters (2 micron fuel filter and water separator) are available. Ask us if you need them.
