Each tachometer uses AutoMeter’s race-proven air-core electric movement, which can sweep from zero to full scale in approximately 333 milliseconds for responsive RPM readings. The gauges are compatible with 12- and 16-volt electrical systems and work with 2–4 pulse ignition signals on most engines. A silver face, contrasting fluorescent red pointer, and incandescent perimeter lighting provide clear readability, while included bulb covers, mounting hardware, and installation instructions simplify setup.
