Ordering & Fitment
Not sure which injectors fit your truck?
Call or text us at 479-799-3953 with your year, engine, and any mods, and we'll point you to the right set.
What trucks do you carry parts for?
Ducky injectors are built for 89–93 VE 12-valve, 94–98 P7100 12-valve, and 98.5–02 24-valve Cummins. Beyond that, we carry parts for just about everything else, including common rail Cummins, Duramax, and Powerstroke.
Which spray angle should I choose?
It depends on your setup and how you use your truck. Many of our 12-valve injectors come in a 145° "on road" or 155° marine spray angle, and we can do custom angles as well. Contact us and we'll go over your build with you.
Do I need tuning or other parts with bigger injectors?
It depends on your setup and power goals. Bigger injectors often work best with matching fuel and turbo upgrades. Call or text us with your mods and we'll help you plan.
Should I install parts myself?
It all depends on the part and your skill set. If in doubt, ask, and we'll be happy to help.
Are you an authorized S&S dealer?
Yes. We've been an S&S Diesel Motorsport Direct Dealer for over a decade.
Shipping
How fast will my order ship?
Ducky injectors are built to order. We aim to have orders out 2–3 business days after the order is placed. If you need yours shipped faster, call or text us. Some other parts ship straight from the manufacturer and can take a little longer.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Ducky injectors ship free to all 50 states and Canada. Other orders over $50 ship free by UPS Ground within the contiguous US. Faster UPS and USPS options are available at checkout.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. The buyer pays any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the part, and keep all the packaging. We'll work with the carrier to make it right.
Cores
What is a core charge?
It's a refundable deposit you get back when you return your old injectors (your "cores"). At checkout you can pay the core charge and get it refunded after your cores pass inspection, or choose "I will send my cores in early" ($0) and we'll ship your new injectors once your cores arrive and pass inspection.
How long do I have to send my cores back?
30 to 60 days from delivery, depending on the part. Late cores may still get partial credit, typically half. We know how life can be. If yours is going to take longer, just call or text us and we'll work with you.
What condition do cores need to be in?
Same type and quantity as what you bought (genuine Bosch for Ducky injectors), complete and assembled, rebuildable, drained of fuel, and packed securely. Ducky injectors come with a core return form to include in the box. Core refunds go back to your original payment within 7–14 business days after inspection.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return a part?
Unused, never-installed parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us for a return authorization (RMA) first. Returns that aren't our mistake have a 25% restocking fee. Installed parts, opened electrical parts, special-order or custom-built injectors, and worn apparel can't be returned.
What about warranty?
Parts are covered by their manufacturer's warranty, and terms vary by product. If you think a part is defective, contact us first and we'll help you through the claim.
See our full Shipping, Returns & Core Policy for details.
Payment
What payment methods do you take?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, PayPal Pay Later, Venmo, and Affirm.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Pay over time with Affirm or PayPal Pay Later at checkout. Subject to eligibility check; rates and terms vary.
