Description
The FASS Titanium Signature Series 165 GPH fuel system takes over fuel delivery and filtration on 2001-2010 GMC/Chevrolet trucks with the Duramax 6.6L. It mounts on the frame, pushes fuel to the engine instead of pulling it, and cleans the fuel on the way: fine filtration, water separation and air/vapor removal in one unit. At 165 GPH, FASS sizes this system for 600–900 HP.
Features
- 165 GPH flow, sized by FASS for 600–900 HP
- 2-micron absolute microglass filtration, finer than the factory filter
- Extreme Water Separator, third-party tested to remove over 99% of water
- Patented FASS air/vapor removal, so entrained air never reaches the injection pump
- Mass Flow Return (MFR) sends unused fuel back through the filters, polishing the fuel in your tank
- Whisper Technology motor, which FASS rates for 1,000,000+ miles
- Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) for smooth internal flow with no sharp restrictions
- Filter life expectancy of about 30,000 miles
- FASS states it can triple the life of your injectors and injection pump, and reports a failure rate under 0.5%
- Improves fuel lubricity by at least 10% and helps cut DPF regens and soot (per FASS)
- Heavy-duty bolt-on steel mounting brackets
- Compatible with optional FASS electric fuel heater kits for cold climates (sold separately)
