MDC Diesel 2015-2019 6.7 Powerstroke S300 Non VGT Turbo Kit
MDC Diesel Ford 6.7 S300 E series turbo kit for the 2015-2019 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550. Drop in turbo system that does away with the troublesome, failure prone factory VGT turbo.
The kit allows the Smeding diesel S300 frame turbo to be installed into the factory location allowing for an easy upgraded replacement on all 2015-2019 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke diesels.
Kit Includes:
- S300 turbo and pedestal with oil feed line
- Pedestal gasket
- Billet plug for the old dual outlet turbo
- Intake boot and clamps
- Intercooler boot and clamps
The MDC Diesel Ford 6.7 S300 E series turbo kit does NOT require any extra parts — this turbo kit bolts into the factory location and uses the factory exhaust manifolds, down pipe and intake manifold. This kit will also work with most aftermarket intercooler piping kits. This kit will require non-VGT tuning.
Fits 15-19 pick-up and 17-19 cab and chassis models. 15-16 cab and chassis models will use the 11-14 kit instead.

- S362 Cast: Stock-500 HP (Good towing/Daily driver)
- S363 SXE Billet: Stock-550 HP (Good towing/Daily driver)
- S364.5 SXE Billet: 425-575 HP (Good towing/Daily driver/mild racing)
- S366 cast and SXE Billet: 450-625 HP (Daily driver/mild racing)
- S369 SXE Billet: 500-700 HP (Hot street/racing)
- S372 SXE Billet: 500-750 HP (Hot street/racing)
