2nd Gen Swap T4 Kit Complete
The Second Gen Swap Kit changes the turbo location on your Third Gen Common Rail 5.9 (2003-2007) so that the turbo is mounted centered in the same location as a Second Generation truck (1994-2002). This provides equalized drive pressures leading to more balanced Exhaust Gas Temperatures.
The kit begins by center mounting the turbo using a divided T4 manifold in conjunction with Borg Warner’s S300 SX-E turbo line. You can choose the 3 piece ATS or the Steed Speed manifold. Your choice of SX-E turbos are teamed with .83 A/R, .91 A/R, or 1.00 A/R non-gated or gated divided T4 turbine housings for the best spool-up and airflow available in a T4 configuration.
