Nothing ships until we've talked it through with you.

Core Return

- Drained of all fluids (BD charges $50 if it isn't)
- Returned in the original packaging the new part shipped in
- No fire damage and no excessive rust or water damage
- Freight damage and damage from removal aren't covered, and cores have a time limit, so send yours back promptly
- Missing parts or actuators is a 50% deduction
- Knock-off (non-genuine) turbos, turbine wheel separation, or a disassembled core get no credit
- BD provides return shipping labels once the core is registered; label cost is deducted from the credit unless noted otherwise.
