This transmission ships by truck freight because of its size and weight (about 260 lb), so freight isn't included in the price shown. After you place your order, someone from Ducky Fuel Injection will contact you to go over shipping options and freight cost to your address, including whether you need delivery to a business, a residential address, a liftgate, or terminal pickup. Nothing ships until we've talked it through with you.

Core Return
This transmission requires a $1,500 refundable core deposit, added at checkout. The deposit is refunded once your old transmission core is returned and passes BD's inspection. BD grades each core and may reduce the credit or reject the core if it doesn't meet BD's Core Criteria.
- Like-for-like: the same model as the part you bought, removed from your truck (no junkyard cores)
- Drained of all fluids (BD charges $50 if it isn't)
- Returned in the original packaging the new part shipped in
- No fire damage and no excessive rust or water damage
- Freight damage and damage from removal aren't covered, and cores have a time limit, so send yours back promptly
- A cracked case means no credit; a cracked overdrive housing is a $100 deduction
- A disassembled core loses 50%; a missing shipping crate is a $200 deduction and a missing converter/transmission bracket is $50
- Ship it complete, in the original crate, with all the brackets that came with the new unit
- Transmission cores go back by LTL freight that BD arranges after the core is registered; that freight cost is deducted from the credit unless it was charged at the time of sale.
