Heavy Hauler 6.7 Cummins Long Block Our Heavy Hauler 6.7 Cummins Long Blocks come fully assembled, including the oil pan, rear crank seal, front cover and crank seal, and oil filter housing, along with our Stage 1 High-Performance Cylinder Head. We include a street/towing camshaft, which typically results in a 200-300 degree drop in EGT and an increase in fuel economy due to the additional airflow.
Features
- Precision Machining: CNC bored, line bored, surfaced as needed, and torque plate honed to exact specifications.
- High-Performance Cylinder Head: D&J Stage 1 Performance Cylinder Heads are disassembled, crack-checked, fitted with extra-large heavy-duty seats, machined for thread-in soft plugs, and 5-axis CNC ported.
- Each head undergoes a CNC high-performance valve job and is pressure-checked before assembly and painting.

This product requires a $3,000 refundable core deposit, added at checkout. The deposit is refunded once your old core is returned and passes D&J Precision Machine inspection. Shipping
Manufacturer Contiguous U.S. flat-rate freight for long blocks: $450 for Contiguous U.S. addresses, added at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada require a freight quote — call us before ordering. This is separate from any refundable core deposit.
