EMISSIONS: 50-STATE LEGAL. This part is legal for sale and use on Emissions Controlled Vehicles, in all 50 states, when used in accordance with the manufacturer's application guide because it has a California Air Resources Board (CARB) Executive Order (EO) number (CARB E.O. # D-778). EO-covered application: 2001-2004 (non-catalyst) GM 6.6L. It replaces the factory turbo downpipe only and does not remove or modify any emissions equipment.
The Diamond Eye Performance 321055 is a 3" aluminized steel turbo downpipe for the 2001-2004 Chevy/GMC 2500/3500 with the 6.6L LB7 Duramax.
Non-catalyst trucks only: this part is for trucks that were not originally equipped with a catalytic converter. It must not be installed on a vehicle that was originally equipped with a catalytic converter.
