This set of 8 Merchant Automotive fuel injector return line retainer clips fits the 2004.5–2010 LLY, LBZ and LMM 6.6L Duramax in Silverado and Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks. Each clip locks a return line fitting onto the top of an injector, one clip per injector. After years under the valve cover, the factory clips get brittle and often break or lose their grip when the return lines are removed for injector or valve cover work. A loose return line fitting can leak fuel under the valve cover. A fresh set holds every fitting securely.
How many clips do I need? One per injector, so 8 for the full engine. This set covers all of them.
