Rear Cover Install Kit, LML Duramax | 2011-2016
The Merchant Automotive Rear Cover Install Kit provides the components needed to reseal the rear engine cover on 2011-2016 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD trucks with the LML 6.6L Duramax diesel, and 2011-2016 Chevy Express and GMC Savana vans with the LGH 6.6L Duramax. It includes the rear main seal, the rear cover coolant seal kit, the oil cooler and water pump gaskets and seals disturbed during the job, a flexplate bolt 8 pack and RTV sealant. Are the flexplate bolts included? Yes. This kit includes a flexplate bolt 8 pack that replaces GM 11610965. The factory bolts are torque-to-yield and should not be reused. For ARP flexplate bolts, see the Rear Cover Install Kit with ARP Flexplate Bolt Kit .
