Featuring a 50% larger, all-aluminum bar-and-plate core, it delivers substantially greater thermal mass and heat transfer surface area, enabling faster and more consistent charge-air cooling under sustained load. A re-engineered internal coolant flow path promotes more uniform heat extraction across the core, further enhancing the heat transfer between thehot charge air and the coolant. The rigid TIG-welded aluminum construction, including reinforced end tanks, ensures superior durability and pressure resistance, maintaining performance at elevated boost levels.
