PPE CAST ALUMINUM ENGINE OIL PAN Upgrade from the stock stamped-steel oil pan to the PPE Heavy-Duty High-Capacity Cast Aluminum Oil Pan for complete oil drainage, improved durability, enhanced cooling, and superior engine protection. STOCK PAN RETAINS DIRTY OIL During each regular oil change, the stock stamped-steel pan retains over half a quart of dirty oil sludge which contaminates the fresh motor oil right away. The stock pan drain nut has oil passages at the bottom, which can become clogged over time, restricting oil flow.
