Description
This turbo blanket is constructed of a woven titanium outer layer and a heat-insulating fiberglass inner liner. This blanket directly fits Garrett 4094 turbo which is a common turbo upgrade for GM Duramax applications. Turbo heat blankets have many benefits: including keeping under hood temperatures down to protect hoses, wires, paint and other heat-sensitive components under the hood. Another benefit to cooler engine bay is lowered charge air temperatures, which results in quicker turbo spool, more power, and improved efficiency.
