This part is legal for sale and use on Emissions Controlled Vehicles, in all 50 states, when used in accordance with the manufacturer's application guide because it has a California Air Resources Board (CARB) Executive Order (EO) number (CARB E.O. # D-763-1). EO-covered application: 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Power Stroke (MBRP FALCA455/FS9CA455). It replaces the factory turbo downpipe only and does not remove or modify any emissions equipment.
