This part is legal for sale and use on Emissions Controlled Vehicles, in all 50 states, when used in accordance with the manufacturer's application guide because it has a California Air Resources Board (CARB) Executive Order (EO) number (CARB E.O. # D-763-1). EO-covered application: 2011-2014 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke, plus 2015 Cab & Chassis (MBRP FALCA459/FS9CA459). It replaces the factory turbo downpipe only and does not remove or modify any emissions equipment.
The MBRP FALCA459 is a 4" ARMOR Lite aluminized steel turbo downpipe for the 2011-2014 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450/F-550 with the 6.7L Power Stroke.
