B25 Transfer Case Rear Output Shaft Bearing | 2001-2018
This direct-replacement bearing supports the rear output end of the mainshaft in the transfer case on 2001–2018 Duramax Silverado and Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks. It fits the NP261XHD and NP263XHD cases used through 2007 and the MP1226 and MP1626 cases used from 2007.5 on, all with a 31-spline output shaft. A worn rear output bearing can cause whining or growling that changes with vehicle speed, play in the rear output shaft, and damage to the rear output seal. The bearing is listed as B25 on the transfer case exploded-view diagram.
How do I know if this fits my transfer case? It fits 31-spline output shafts in NP261XHD and NP263XHD cases (2001–2007) and MP1226 and MP1626 cases (2007.5–2018). Check your transfer case tag and output shaft spline count before ordering.
