Deluxe Bearing and Seal Kit, 263HD Transfer Case | 2001-2007
The Merchant Automotive Deluxe Bearing and Seal Kit includes the bearings, seals, thrust washers and wear parts needed to overhaul the 263HD transfer case used in 2001-2007 gas Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra HD trucks. Instead of tracking down a dozen individual parts, you get every bearing and seal for the rebuild in one kit, including the range shift fork pads and both pickup tube seals.
Once a 263HD is apart, every bearing and seal should be replaced. A worn bearing left in place brings back the noise, and a reused seal brings back the leak. Worn range fork pads let the fork contact the shift collar, so replacing them during the overhaul helps prevent grinding and pop-out. Replace if worn or damaged.
