The Merchant Automotive Fuel Pressure Regulator Kit for 2004.5-2005 LLY Duramax includes a genuine Bosch fuel pressure regulator along with the seals and gaskets for the intake tube, EGR tube and upper radiator pipe, which are typically removed to reach the regulator. A faulty fuel pressure regulator can cause symptoms such as a surge at idle. This kit fits 2004.5-2005 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD trucks with the 6.6L LLY Duramax diesel.
