Valve Guide Seal 32 Pack, LML LGH Duramax | 2010-2016
This complete set of 32 valve guide seals covers every intake and exhaust valve in a 2011–2016 LML or 2010–2016 LGH 6.6L Duramax: 16 per head, 32 per engine. Valve guide seals control how much oil reaches the valve stems. Worn or hardened seals let oil into the combustion chamber, causing blue smoke at startup, oil consumption and carbon buildup on the valves. Replace them whenever the heads are off or the valves are serviced. These seals are for valve guides without a seal groove, which is the factory LML/LGH design, and they replace GM 12624396.
