Allison 1000 Converter Housing Reseal Kit | 2001-2019
The Merchant Automotive Allison 1000 Converter Housing Reseal Kit has the seals and gaskets needed to reseal the front of the Allison 1000 transmission behind the 6.6L Duramax diesel in 2001-2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD trucks. It covers the converter housing, the front pump and the converter housing bolts, and it includes a new front pump bushing. Whether you are doing preventative maintenance or repairing a leak, this kit puts the seals and gaskets for the job in one package.
For best results, we strongly recommend using our Allison 1000 Pump Bushing Installer/Removal Tool to simplify bushing installation and prevent damage during assembly.
