Allison 1000 Deep Pan Kit, 3 Gal TranSynd | 2001-2019
Adding fluid capacity to your Allison transmission helps keep it cool, and the Merchant Automotive Allison 1000 Deep Pan Kit makes it easy. It fits 2001-2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD trucks with the 6.6L Duramax diesel and the Allison 1000 transmission, as well as 2001-2007 8.1L gas trucks equipped with the Allison 1000. The kit adds approximately three quarts of fluid to the system with a larger genuine Allison deep transmission pan, a deep sump internal filter, a genuine Allison spin-on filter, a Merchant Automotive deep filter lock and 3 gallons of TranSynd 668 full synthetic transmission fluid.
Note: This kit does not include a transmission pan gasket. Order a new Allison 1000 Transmission Pan Gasket to install with the deep pan.
