Allison 1000 Pump Bushing Installer/Removal Tool | 2001-2019
The Merchant Automotive Allison 1000 Pump Bushing Installer/Removal Tool removes and installs the front pump bushing on Allison 1000 transmissions without damaging the pump body. One side drives the old bushing out cleanly. Flip the tool over, and the other side presses the new bushing in square and at the correct depth every time. It's machined from 6061 aluminum and hard-coat anodized for long life, and it works in a shop press or with our seal driver handle.
Complete the job with the Allison 1000 Front Pump Bushing , a new Allison Front Pump Seal and the Allison 1000 Pump Housing Gasket . Add the Merchant Automotive Seal Driver Handle if you're not using a press.
