Description

Torque Con Hsg w/o Sensor Boss, Allison 1000 | 2007.5-2019

The Allison 1000 Torque Converter Housing is a replacement transmission bell housing designed for 2007.5-2019 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax diesel engine and Allison 1000 6-speed automatic transmission. This later-style housing features the factory configuration without a speed sensor boss and replaces damaged, cracked, or stripped original housings. Supplied with the Allison 1000 transmission cooler line fitting, this assembly provides a replacement solution for restoring the original transmission housing configuration.

A damaged transmission bell housing can compromise the mounting integrity and alignment of the transmission assembly. Replacing a cracked or damaged Allison 1000 torque converter housing helps restore the factory transmission configuration and provides a reliable solution during transmission repairs or rebuilding. The preinstalled cooler line fitting eliminates the need to source this component separately, while the later-style design matches applications manufactured without a bell housing speed sensor boss.
