Engine Oil Level Sensor Kit, Duramax | 2001-2016
The Merchant Automotive Engine Oil Level Sensor Kit has everything needed to replace the oil level sensor on a 2001–2016 6.6L Duramax: the factory-style sensor, the retaining clip for the wiring pass-through in the oil pan, and both mounting bolts. The sensor mounts inside the lower oil pan and tells the instrument cluster when the oil level is low. A failed sensor can cause a false "low oil" warning, or worse, no warning at all. The original clip and bolts are often damaged or lost when the pan comes off, which is why they're included.
